Get control of
the yo-yo
and actually
make the changes.

In Spanish, me estoy cuidando means two things at once.

I am on a diet. I am taking care of myself. English made you pick one. So you have spent years picking. A few weeks of the first one, then a long stretch of neither, then a Monday.

For seven days we are going to stop picking.
I am going to show you what your body has been trying to tell you the whole time.
Nothing gets taken away. And you get a companion in your pocket for the moment it gets hard.

Monday, September 28 to Sunday, October 4. Four live calls with me, Monday through Thursday at 8pm Central. One short email every morning through Sunday. $47.

Dr. Amanda Perez

At some point, every woman in our families reads the same number.

The scale went up four pounds overnight… and you spent the day paying for it.

You skipped breakfast… and ate standing up at four in the afternoon.

You told yourself this week did not count… and next week would.

Here is the thing nobody told you.
Four pounds of fat cannot appear overnight.

What moved was water, salt, and what you ate the day before. It will move back on its own. You have been reading a number that never said what you thought it said. Then you punished yourself for the translation.

That's where I come in.

Seven days is not long enough to change your body. It is exactly long enough to change what you know about it. That is the part that has been missing.

What we do (aka: the seven days) 🍽️

One permission and one piece of physiology, every day:

Under ten minutes most days. You have a life.

  • Day 1, La báscula. Why the number can move several pounds in a single day and what a seven-day average actually tells you. You pick one: weigh every morning, or put the scale away all week, with no middle.
  • Day 2, El desayuno. Nothing gets removed and something gets added: protein in the morning. Then why your first real food landing at four in the afternoon is a pattern you can change.
  • Day 3, El hambre. Hunger is information and not a test you failed. Why cutting hard turns food into the only thing you can think about, and what to do instead.
  • Day 4, El sueño. Rest is not a reward you earn. One consistent sleep window, and what a short night does to the next day.
  • Day 5, El músculo. Strength as the thing that decides how much life you can carry, not how you look carrying it. Ten minutes, once.
  • Day 6, El plato de mi mamá. Your food is not the problem. A full, satisfying plate from your own kitchen, frijoles and all, with nothing swapped out. This is the day every diet you ever bought got wrong.
  • Day 7, El lunes que no llega. Why one missed day feels like total failure and why you keep restarting on Mondays. Then the one thing that continues after Sunday.

Think your mother's plate… with the manual that never came with it.

Your companion, in your pocket 📱

The letters teach you. The calls answer you. The companion is for 4pm, when the craving hits.

Every plan you bought fell apart between the lessons: the scale that jumped, the craving at the stove, the night you decided the week was ruined. So this week comes with a private chat, built from the seven letters. It knows the week by heart. It is awake when I am not.

Set my one thing

"Eggs and a tortilla, at the counter, before I wake the kids."

It walks you through the goal method that holds up in research: one small thing, why now, the honest obstacle, two if-then lines, and one number to count that is never your weight. One goal at a time. It writes your plan back so you can screenshot it.

I'm in it right now

"The scale says four pounds more and I want to skip lunch."

Tell it what is happening in one line. It names what is going on. It gives you the one fact about your body that fits. Then one next step for the next ten minutes. Never "eat less tomorrow."

Ask about the week

"Why does a short night make me want sugar?"

It explains what the week teaches, from the letters only. Anything about your own body, labs, or medicines it sends to your own doctor, and helps you word the question.

Included with every seat, for 60 days. It teaches, it does not treat. It never asks for your weight. It never sets a goal weight. It never talks about your medicines, and it never writes you a diet.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • You have spent years going on and off something, with a long stretch of neither in between
  • A number on the scale can decide your whole day before breakfast
  • Every plan you bought put your mother's food on the banned list
  • You want to take care of yourself without going on a diet, and nobody ever showed you how

If you are done restarting on Mondays and ready to learn how your body actually works, you're in the right place.

I would rather you skip it than start it in a situation where it cannot help you. This week is not for you if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding, since your needs this season belong with your own clinician. It is not the right room if you are living with an eating disorder now, or have in the past. The National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is 1-866-662-1235. It is not for anyone under 18. If you take a medication for weight, you are welcome here, and you keep taking it exactly as prescribed. Nothing in this week starts, stops, or changes a medication, and your prescriber should know you are doing it.

Two ways in

7 days, September 28 to October 4, 8pm Central. 4 live calls.

The week

$47

Four live calls with me, Monday through Thursday, September 28 to October 1, at 8pm Central, every one recorded and posted the same night. Seven daily letters, Monday through Sunday: one permission and one piece of physiology each morning, plus one thing to do that takes under five minutes. The free Skool room, where you post your plate every day and never your number. Your printable week, the seven days on one page, yours to keep. And the companion chat, in your pocket for 60 days.

7 days plus VIP: a private Q&A group with Dr. Amanda all week.

The week + VIP

$97

Everything in the week, plus a private Q&A group with me for the whole week, where you bring your specific questions and I answer them as education for the group, not as your doctor. Bring your plate, your scale story, and your own kitchen. Take the $97 seat now, or add it for $50 on the next page after you buy the week.

Forty-seven dollars is not what four calls with a physician are worth. It is priced so the money is the easiest part of the decision. The hard part is going to be Day 6. Same three-day guarantee on both seats. Cameras on or off. Enrollment closes Sunday, September 27.

The vibe check
(why me 😉)

Nobody had handed them the manual.

I'm Dr. Amanda Perez, a board-certified family medicine physician, licensed in Illinois. I have sat across from hundreds of women who did everything a plan told them to do. They ended up more tired and more confused than when they started. They were not missing willpower.

Nobody had explained the number on the scale in words they could use. Nobody had told them what hunger was for. Nobody had said their own kitchen was not the enemy.

So you know where I stand. I do not sell weight medications and I do not prescribe them here. I take no money from anyone who makes or sells them. I am a family doctor, and this week is the part every plan skips. It works next to any of them.

This is the first time I am running it. That is why four live calls are in here at forty-seven dollars.

Every plan you bought told you to stop eating your own food.

Swap the tortilla and skip the rice. Make the frijoles with no oil and eat them alone in the kitchen like a punishment. And then they wondered why it did not last. Your food was never the problem. Not knowing how your body works was the problem. Nobody sold you that part, because it does not come in a container.

The plan

“Starts by taking things away.”

  • A weigh-in, photos, and a goal number.
  • Your mother's food is on the banned list.
  • One bad day and you start over Monday.
Cuidarse

“Nothing removed. Additions only, all week.”

  • No weigh-ins, no photos, no goal weight.
  • Your mother's food is Day 6.
  • Day 7 is about why Monday was never the answer.
Three days, or your money back

“Read Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3, and come to the first calls.”

If by Wednesday night this is not for you, email me and I refund every dollar. No form, no reason needed.

What this week is not

The honest questions

read the fine print
Sept 28 to Oct 4, 2026 · Calls at 8pm Central
How much time does this take?

Under ten minutes most days. Read the letter, do the one small thing, post your plate. The four live calls are Monday through Thursday at 8pm Central. Every one is recorded if you cannot make it.

What is the VIP seat?

A private Q&A group with me for the whole week. You bring your specific questions and I answer them there, as education for the group and not as your doctor. Same seven days, same letters. Take the $97 seat now, or add it for $50 on the next page after you buy the week.

What is the companion?

A private chat that comes with your seat. It is built from the seven letters, so it knows the week by heart. Use it to set your one small thing each day, and open it in the hard moment: the scale that jumped, the 4pm crash, the night you want to quit. It teaches, it does not treat. It never asks for your weight and never sets a goal weight. It never talks about your medicines. Anything about your own body it sends to your own doctor. It uses an AI model and can be wrong. Your access lasts 60 days from purchase.

Is this a weight loss program?

No. There is no scale, no photos, and no goal weight. This is education from a physician about how your body actually works. Some women will lose some weight in a week of eating well and sleeping. That is a side effect and not the point.

I am on a medication for weight. Can I still do this?

Yes. This week does not replace, compare to, or change any medication. You keep taking yours exactly as prescribed and you keep your prescriber in the loop. What we cover here, the scale, breakfast, hunger, sleep, strength, and your own food, sits next to any plan.

Is this medical care?

No. I teach physiology to the group. I never diagnose or treat any member, and I never give one person her own plan. No physician-patient relationship is created. If something in the week raises a question about your own health, that goes to your own doctor. I will keep saying so.

Is $47 refundable?

Yes. Read Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3, and come to the first calls. If by Wednesday night this is not for you, email me and I refund every dollar. No form, no reason needed. That goes for both seats. The full terms are in the refund policy.

What happens after Sunday?

The Skool room stays open and it stays free. There is nothing to buy inside the seven days. If I ever have something more to offer you, you will hear about it by email. It will not be tucked into Day 7.

Free, ninety seconds, nothing to buy.

Nothing taken away

Built for daughters who cook their mother's food

You were never bad at this.

Consider this the permission
to take care of yourself.

You were handed a number nobody taught you to read. Then a plan that banned your own kitchen, and a Monday that never came. Seven days is enough to put the manual in your hands, with a companion for the moments in between.
