La Chispa
La Chispa is free. The $7 seven-day companion offered after it is a digital add-on and is final sale, as described under Upgrades & Add-Ons below. If the companion does not work for you technically, email us and we will fix your access or refund you.
Permiso Protocol Completion Guarantee
Permiso Protocol carries an action-based guarantee. If you complete the first six weeks of the program, meaning you attend the live calls, do the permission work, and build the energy floor, and you reach the end of week six and nothing has shifted for you, email us within seven days of the end of week six, show us the work you completed, and we will refund your enrollment in full.
This guarantee requires completed work. It is not available to participants who did not take part in the first six weeks, and it does not apply after the seven-day window following week six has closed.
This guarantee applies to the Permiso Protocol only. All other programs and digital products follow the terms below.
El Qué Dirán Challenge Guarantee
El Qué Dirán carries a same-week guarantee. If you attend the four live nights, or watch the replays in full while they are available, and it was not worth what you paid, email us within 7 days of the final night and we will refund your ticket in full. No form to fill out and no explanation required.
This guarantee applies to the El Qué Dirán challenge ticket, including a VIP seat purchased together with the ticket. The VIP private Telegram group, when added after your ticket purchase, is an add-on and is final sale, as described under Upgrades & Add-Ons below. The practice partner chat is included with every seat. All other programs and digital products follow the terms below.
7 Días de Cuidarse Three-Day Guarantee
7 Días de Cuidarse carries a three-day guarantee. Read the Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 letters and come to the first calls. If by the end of Day 3 (Wednesday night of the challenge week) it is not for you, email us and we will refund your seat in full. No form to fill out and no explanation required. After Day 3, seats are final.
This guarantee applies to the 7 Días de Cuidarse seat, including a VIP seat purchased together with it. The VIP private Q&A group, when added after your seat purchase, is an add-on and is final sale, as described under Upgrades & Add-Ons below. The Permiso Protocol offer made to 7 Días de Cuidarse members follows the Permiso Protocol Completion Guarantee above. All other programs and digital products follow the terms below.
Sirena Season Seven-Day Guarantee
Sirena Season carries a seven-day guarantee. Do the first week: the daily check-ins in the group, the first letter, and the first call. If by the end of Day 7 (Sunday, November 8, 2026 for the November cohort) it is not for you, email us and we will refund your seat in full. No form to fill out and no explanation required. After Day 7, seats are final.
This guarantee applies to the Sirena Season seat, including a VIP seat purchased together with it. The VIP private Telegram thread, when added after your seat purchase, is an add-on and is final sale, as described under Upgrades & Add-Ons below. All other programs and digital products follow the terms below.
Programs & Enrollments
Except where a program carries its own written guarantee, as the Permiso Protocol does above, all enrollments into Mía Era programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Upon registration, participants receive immediate access to training modules, resources, and bonus materials that represent value beyond the cost of enrollment.
Digital Products & Bonuses
Any digital assets we provide, including ebooks, training videos, downloadable workbooks, assessments, templates, and access to private communities, are non-refundable once delivered.
This also applies to participation in live or recorded workshops, group chats, and bonus invitations.
Upgrades & Add-Ons
Program upgrades, additional coaching, and any in-person or virtual bonus events are considered final sale.
Choosing not to attend or not to use a bonus feature does not qualify for a partial refund or credit.
Event & Program Participation
Participation in live events, workshops, or online sessions is at your discretion.
If you are unable to attend live, recordings or replays may be provided depending on your enrollment level. Missing a session or failing to log in does not qualify you for a refund.
