We stand behind La Chispa. If you complete the assessment and feel it was not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by emailing us at the address below. After 7 days, La Chispa purchases are final.
This guarantee applies to La Chispa only. All other programs and digital products follow the terms below.
Programs & Enrollments
All enrollments into Mía Era programs, including the Permiso Protocol, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Upon registration, participants receive immediate access to training modules, resources, and bonus materials that represent value beyond the cost of enrollment.
Digital Products & Bonuses
Any digital assets we provide, including ebooks, training videos, downloadable workbooks, assessments, templates, and access to private communities, are non-refundable once delivered.
This also applies to participation in live or recorded workshops, group chats, and bonus invitations.
Upgrades & Add-Ons
Program upgrades, additional coaching, and any in-person or virtual bonus events are considered final sale.
Choosing not to attend or not to use a bonus feature does not qualify for a partial refund or credit.
Event & Program Participation
Participation in live events, workshops, or online sessions is at your discretion.
If you are unable to attend live, recordings or replays may be provided depending on your enrollment level. Missing a session or failing to log in does not qualify you for a refund.
