Permiso Protocol · Twelve weeks · Cohort one

You already know who you'd be if you had your energy back.

Twelve weeks to go get her. Physician-built, so you get the biology explained honestly and the permission granted out loud, in the same week, every week.

Video goes here

Ganas is the word English doesn't have. Not motivation, not willpower, not mood. It's the capacity to want something and to move toward it, and you know the exact season yours went quiet.

You've been told to rest more, to care for yourself, to wait for a lab value that explains you. None of it worked, and not because you did it wrong. It didn't work because your body is doing precisely what your life has been instructing it to do, and nobody ever offered to change the instructions.

So this program runs in both directions at once. Permission decides the instructions. Physiology decides whether you can carry them out. The aim over twelve weeks isn't a calmer version of the tired woman. It's a woman with enough energy, enough hours, and enough permission to start the thing she's been deferring, and a body that can actually carry it once she does.

What it's costing you

Exhaustion isn't a mood. It's a tax, and nobody ever showed you the invoice.

If you've ever felt quietly ridiculous for being this tired when nothing is technically wrong, you are not alone, and you are not soft. Most women in your position stay stuck because the entire industry sells them a diagnosis when what they have is a life that was never built for them to have anything left over.

You've done the reasonable things. You went to bed earlier. You bought the supplements. You had the bloodwork done, twice, and it came back normal both times, which somehow made it worse, because now there's nothing to point at.

Here's what it's actually costing you, and I want you to do the arithmetic rather than feel the feeling.

Hours

The evenings that dissolve into scrolling that you still call rest. The Saturdays you spend recovering from the week instead of living inside it. Two hours a night is roughly six hundred hours a year, which is fifteen working weeks of your own life handed back annually to a tiredness you never agreed to.

Ambition

The certification you keep meaning to start. The promotion you didn't apply for, not because you couldn't do the job, but because you could not imagine having more to give. The idea you have now explained to three different friends and never once opened a document for. You are not short on ability. You are short on anything left at the hour when those things get built.

Presence

The version of you your children and your husband actually receive, which is the leftover version, the one that arrives after everyone else has been served. Nobody asked for that version. You've been handing it over like it was the gift.

Here is the part that should make you angry rather than sad. You have been paying this every single year, and no one has ever once itemized it for you.

The turn

So I built the thing I could never write a prescription for.

That's why I created Permiso Protocol, a twelve-week program that gets your ganas back by working on the permission and the physiology at the same time, so you don't have to choose between a beautiful vision and a body with enough fuel to reach it.

I spent years in exam rooms writing prescriptions for women whose actual problem was that nobody had ever told them they were allowed to want a different life. I could treat the number on the panel. I could not treat the fact that she had organized eleven years around everyone else and then wondered why she was empty at four in the afternoon.

Identity work alone produces a woman with a beautiful vision and no fuel. She can describe exactly who she wants to be and cannot get up early enough to become her.

Body work alone produces a woman with more energy who spends every unit of it on other people, which is precisely where she was standing when she started.

Braid the two and something else happens entirely. Twelve weeks from now, picture an ordinary Tuesday evening. The kitchen is clean or it isn't. It's eight o'clock and you are not counting the minutes until you can lie down, because you have something of your own that's moving and you actually want to go work on it. That isn't a fantasy about some other woman. That's what the twelve weeks are built to work toward, and it's you.

Why nothing has worked yet

You didn't fail the protocols. The protocols never asked you the first question.

The old way starts by asking what's wrong with you. So you go looking. You get the panel, then the second opinion, then the elimination diet, then the app, then the supplement someone confident sold you on Instagram.

And it keeps not working, which is the genuinely corrosive part, because after enough rounds of this you stop concluding that the protocol failed and start concluding that you did. You decide you're the woman who can't stick to things. You begin every Monday as an apology for the Sunday before it.

Meanwhile the years keep being charged to your account. Another certification not started. Another season of evenings you called rest. Another set of normal labs that explained nothing, filed in a drawer with the others.

None of it worked because none of it asked whether the life you were optimizing was one you actually wanted. No protocol survives a life a woman is quietly trying to escape.

Decide who you are. Then build the body that can carry her.

The new way reverses the order of operations. You start by naming who you're becoming, in specific and unembarrassed language, out loud, in week one. Then you build the physiology that makes that woman possible to sustain.

The old wayOur way
Find out what's wrong with you.Find out what you're for, then build the body that can carry it.
Fix your energy so you can do more for everyone.Get your energy back so there's finally something left over for you.
Motivation is discipline you have to force.Ganas is a capacity, and capacity is physical. You can build it.
Wait until things calm down to start.Nothing is going to calm down. Start at half strength and let the strength arrive.
Self-care is a bubble bath.Self-care is having enough of yourself left at eight in the evening to want your own life.

The curriculum

Twelve weeks, four phases. Every phase carries one permission and one physiology.

They're taught in the same week on purpose, so the two halves never read as two separate courses stapled together. Each phase names what it works toward. Those are the goals we aim at together, not promises about how your particular twelve weeks will go.

Weeks 1 to 3La Decisión

Permission: naming the woman you're becoming, in specific and unembarrassed language, and writing the first permission slip out loud.

Physiology: the energy floor. Sleep timing and consistency, a protein floor at breakfast, morning light, and an honest look at alcohol. Nothing removed, one thing added at a time.

What we're aiming at by week three: saying who you're becoming in one sentence, without hedging.

Weeks 4 to 6El Combustible

Permission: the appetite work. Permission to want pleasure, not merely to stop suffering. Food stops being punishment and becomes fuel and enjoyment at the same time.

Physiology: steadiness through the day. How meal composition and timing change the four o'clock collapse, why the afternoon crash is a pattern and not a character flaw, and what caffeine is doing to your sleep at the other end.

What we're aiming at by week six: an afternoon that doesn't require rescuing.

Weeks 7 to 9El Tiempo

Permission: the no. Boundaries as a practice, with actual scripts in both languages, for your mother, your boss, and your own guilt.

Physiology: strength. Muscle as the organ that decides how much life you can carry, and a genuinely small starting protocol you won't abandon in week two.

What we're aiming at by week nine: two hours a week that are yours, on the calendar, defended.

Weeks 10 to 12Mía

Permission: the handoff. From permission granted by a physician to permission you issue yourself, plus the plan for the first real thing you're going to start.

Physiology: durability. What to do on the bad weeks, what "back on track" means without starting over every Monday, and how to hold this through travel, illness, and a hard season.

What we're aiming at by week twelve: naming the thing you're starting, and taking the first visible step on it.

Who's teaching this

Why a doctor is the one teaching you about permission.

I'm a board-certified family medicine physician. I trained to find what's wrong with people and I'm good at it, and I want to be honest with you about the limits of that, because the limits are the reason this program exists.

For years I sat across from women whose panels were unremarkable and whose lives were not. I could explain the physiology. I could not write a prescription for the actual finding, which was that she had never once been told she was permitted to want something for herself, and that her body had organized itself around that instruction faithfully, for over a decade.

What the credential buys you here is narrow and it matters. When I explain what protein at breakfast does to your energy at four in the afternoon, or why muscle determines how much life you can carry through a day, you can believe the explanation, and you can take it to your own physician and ask her about it. That is a different thing from a confident stranger on the internet telling you what your body needs.

And here's what I won't do, which matters just as much. I won't diagnose you, treat you, prescribe for you, or tell you what to do about your own condition. That holds on the Saturday calls and it holds in the Telegram group, where it will be tempting for both of us, because a room with a doctor in it starts to feel like an exam room and isn't one. It's a group on purpose, partly so the answers help everyone, and partly because the boundary is easier to hold in a room than in a private message. When you ask, I'll tell you to take it to your own clinician, warmly and every single time, and I'll usually tell you exactly what to ask her.

The risk is mine

Do the work. If nothing moves, you don't pay for it.

Here's my side of this. You're being asked to spend real money on twelve weeks with a woman you know from the internet, for a program whose first cohort you'd be in. That deserves more than a promise.

So: complete the first six weeks. Attend the calls, do the permission work, build the energy floor. If you get to the end of week six and genuinely nothing has shifted, email me within seven days of the end of week six, show me the work you did, and I'll refund you in full.

I'm asking you to do the work first because this only functions if you actually do it, and because a guarantee that requires nothing of you attracts women who were never going to show up. I want the fifteen women who are going to show up.

Cohort one

Fifteen seats, and the founding price doesn't repeat.

The cohort is capped at fifteen. That isn't a marketing number, it's the number at which I can still know your name, know what you're building, and answer you by name on a live call. Above fifteen this becomes a webinar with a chat box, and a webinar with a chat box is not worth what you're being asked to pay.

$497 is the founding price for the twelve weeks, and it applies to cohort one only. You're getting the first run, which means you get more of my attention than anyone who comes after you, and you're accepting that you're the group that helps shape it. That trade is worth a discount and the discount doesn't repeat.

And the part nobody puts on a sales page: the real deadline isn't mine. If you don't do this now, the most likely outcome isn't a disaster. It's another year exactly like this one. Another six hundred hours. Another certification not started. Another set of normal labs that explains nothing.

You've already run that experiment. You have the data.

Put me on the waitlist

Before you decide

The questions you're actually asking.

When are the calls?

Saturday mornings, Central time, every week for twelve weeks. One call, the whole cohort, fifteen women at most. I chose Saturday deliberately, because a weekday evening call asks you to show up at the exact hour you have the least left, and this program is not going to start by asking that of you.

Every call is recorded, so a hard Saturday never costs you the content. And if you miss one, you still have me in the group that week, which means missing a call costs you the room live, not the access.

What if I need you between calls?

You have me in the group Telegram, unlimited, weekdays from nine to four Central. Not a ticketing system and not an assistant. The question you have on a Tuesday night gets answered Wednesday morning, instead of being saved up and forgotten by Saturday.

It's a group rather than a private thread with each of you, which is better than it sounds. Half of what you need to hear is an answer somebody else was brave enough to ask for first, and in a room of fifteen you get all fifteen answers instead of only your own.

One honest boundary, and it's the same one that governs everything else here. The group is for the program, not for your medical care. If you ask me what you should do about your own condition, I'll tell you to take it to your own clinician, and I'll usually tell you exactly what to ask her.

Is this medical care?

No, and that's deliberate. This is education and coaching from a physician, which means you get the physiology explained honestly and you keep your own doctor for your own care. I don't diagnose, treat, prescribe, or individualize for anyone in the program. When you ask me what you specifically should do about a condition, I'll tell you warmly and every time to take it to your own clinician, and I'll usually tell you what to ask her.

I've tried everything.

You've tried protocols. Nobody asked you first whether the life you were optimizing was one you actually wanted, and no protocol survives a life a woman is trying to escape. That question is week one here, not week never.

I don't have time for this.

I know, and that's not an objection, it's the diagnosis. This is twelve weeks of small additions inside the life you already have, not a life you have to clear space for first. And the first thing we build back is hours, because everything else is impossible without them.

Will this help me lose weight?

Some women do. Weight is a symptom, and we work on the woman, so it shows up here as a side effect and never as the promise. If weight loss is the only thing you want from this, buy something else with a clearer conscience than mine.

Why is a doctor teaching identity work?

Because I spent years writing prescriptions for women whose problem was that no one had ever told them they were allowed to want a different life. I could see it from the exam room. I just couldn't do anything about it from there.

What if I fall behind?

You will, at some point, and the program is built expecting it. The calls are recorded and the group doesn't close, so falling behind is recoverable by design. Phase four is then entirely about what "back on track" means without starting over every Monday. Falling behind is a scheduled part of this, not a failure of it.

Is it in Spanish or English?

Both, the way you actually live. The teaching is in English, and the scripts, the phrases, and the words that carry the real weight are in both, because "no eres egoísta por elegirte" does not survive translation and neither does ganas.

What exactly happens after I join the waitlist?

You get one email confirming your spot. When cohort one opens, the waitlist gets the link first, at $497, before anyone else hears about it. Once you enroll, you get a receipt right away and a welcome email from me within twenty-four hours with your start date and everything you need for week one.

Last thing

Twelve weeks from now is coming either way.

Here's what your seat holds. Twelve weeks and four phases, each one pairing a permission with a physiology. Twelve Saturday mornings with a physician in a room of fifteen women, and that same physician in the group Telegram every weekday in between. The scripts, the energy floor, the afternoon protocol, the strength starter, and the plan for the bad weeks. La Chispa as your day zero. An action-based guarantee that puts the risk on me for the first six weeks.

And here's the other option, stated plainly, because you deserve to see both. Twelve weeks from now arrives whether you enroll or not. In one version you're on a Tuesday evening with something of your own that's moving, and you know the exact sentence you used to defend the time it takes. In the other, it's a Tuesday and you're counting the minutes until you can lie down, and the certification still hasn't been started, and the labs are still normal, and you're a season further from the woman you can already picture so clearly that it aches.

You are not lacking discipline. You have been running a household, a job, and other people's needs on an empty tank for years, which took more discipline than most people will ever be asked for. That was never the missing piece.

The missing piece was that nobody ever gave you permission, and nobody ever built you a body that could act on it.

So take the seat. Do the work for six weeks. If nothing moves, I'll give you your money back and you'll have lost nothing but a Tuesday's worth of evenings.

And if it does move, which I think it will, you'll spend the rest of your life dating things from this twelve weeks.
